Refund policy
We adhere to a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request returns within 30 days of receiving their items. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, customers are required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon acceptance of a return, we promptly issue a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Warranty Coverage: Our products come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, except for e-liquids, disposable vape pens, CBD products, and clearance items. For damaged or faulty products, we request that customers return them to us for inspection. Return labels will be provided for faulty items. However, we regret that we cannot cover return costs for accidental orders or changes of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate corrective measures.
